Nestor Torres

With his years of corporate experience and prior local business interests, Nestor returned to his Philadelphia roots and passion for entrepreneurship by launching Myriagon Consulting Group, LLC. Myriagon is a management consulting firm specializing in small business entrepreneurial excellence with a focus on strategically leveraging their client’s assets while enhancing their foundation to capitalize on market opportunities. Nestor has experienced a successful prior executive career with one of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies that manufactures coatings and paints. After advancing through several functional and managerial positions of increasing responsibility, he reached diverse senior management roles in international and domestic sales, operations and financial management, for both manufacturing and technology service business units, including a expatriate assignment to where he transitioned into a Latin America leadership role in order to support and deliver improved financial performance and interface across the global corporate leadership spectrum. Today, through Myriagon and across various entrepreneurial and organizational initiatives, in both private and public sectors, Nestor supports, advances, and provides oversight and management capability to numerous entrepreneurs and community economic development programs throughout the United States.

Robert Borenstein

Entrepreneur/ Founder: state-licensed daycare/preschool/pre-K child care centers in N.E. Philadelphia, we focus on family values and a culture of diversity for families that attend our urban programs. The Centers offer safe, loving, and quality educational experiences for children from infants to five years of age. Keystone Star-4 certified, we meet higher standards of learning with exciting classrooms and engaged-compassionate staff. Our programs help support children with social, emotional, cognitive, creative arts, and gross motor skills needed for success in life.

Apple Child Care Center received the Inner City ICIC 100 Award at the 2019 National ICIC conference in Boston. The Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) is a national non-profit research and advisory organization and the leading authority on U.S. inner city economies and the businesses that thrive there.

Giving back to our communities prepares us for the transition of supporting the next generation and their ongoing success. Araceli Guenther

Currently serving as Senior Management Consultant at Myriagon, Araceli provides oversight across all the firm’s project operating activities. Her primary focus is on the firm's management consulting efforts in Operational Performance & Supply Chain, Cold Chain Logistics, Process Re-Engineering and IT Solutions. Araceli have extensive experience in strategically allocating capital, designing and implementing operational improvement initiatives, and managing change. In addition to a prior Executive Leadership role at Lima Consulting Group, Araceli has worked with IT software firms globally, focusing on the use of emergent web, mobile and cloud technologies and digital transformation.

Overall, Araceli is a results-oriented financial executive with extensive business experience, contributing to creative and unique solutions in an ever-changing international environment with proven ability to create cost savings goals through efficiency gains while improving methodologies and processes through IT Solutions. Araceli has a thorough understanding of all facets of business with the expertise to oversee and direct complex, bottom-line oriented, high visibility projects. She has directed numerous projects for companies in the U.S, Latin America, and Europe.

Araceli is actively involved with Temple University Fox School of Business as an Advisor and Project Executive for the MBA program and the Temple University Management Consulting Program. Araceli also teaches a MBA course in Management Consulting Principles & Practices, and International Business; Fundamentals of Latin American Business.

Anthony Seeton

An experienced executive, educator, and consultant, I have spent my career ensuring the success of individuals and institutions. Working with non-profits, for-profits, or start-ups, one constant is the practice of collaborative, data-driven decision-making. Whether the task at hand involves:

  • training first-generation students for a lucrative career in the fields of consulting and international business,
  • managing a multi-billion-dollar loan portfolio,
  • facilitating the strategic and cultural redesign of a 100-year-old business school recovering from ethical failure driven by agency dilemma,
  • helping a Fortune 500 food company’s food technology spin-off develop a market entry strategy for a new algae-based food, or
  • leading the efforts of a 200-year-old faith-based, international non-profit in the design and launch of a multi-platform technology designed to assist 2 million+ service personnel and their families with the emotional and spiritual challenges associated with the rigors of military service,

Patricia Codina

Patricia Codina is a seasoned planning and community development professional with a passion for equitable development and social justice. With a strong background in participatory engagement, strategic planning, and team leadership, Patricia is bilingual in English and Spanish, skilled in program design and development, project management, grant writing and proficient in graphic design.

Patricia holds a dual Master’s Degree in Architecture and Community Planning from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidad Ricardo Palma in Lima, Peru. Her experience and skill set as a strategic and creative thinker, designer, and compassionate leader position her to advance broader organizational goals and to set a model for other departments and emerging leaders.

Joseph DiPietro

Joseph is an experienced Business and Technology Advisor and Strategic Leader in assisting enterprise businesses achieve their business performance goals and in helping them scale and create exceptional customer experiences via new or optimized operating and business models.

Joseph has 25+ years of experience in Business, Martech, and IT Strategy and Execution, working with Fortune 500 businesses. With his extensive background in business advisory and development, Joseph is able to quickly and strategically understand a client’s business and devise, recommend, and oversee strategies and business and operating models to help them meet and exceed key business and performance objectives.

Prior to joining Myriagon Consulting, Joseph held leadership roles at Adobe (Services Sales Manager, Martech and CX Client Advisor – Consumer Products), Microsoft (Services Sales Leader, Technology advisory – Banking, Capital Markets and Financial Services), SAP (Services Account Director, Client Advisor for ERP & Financials Platform) and KPMG (Client Sales Director/Advisor for Financials Platforms for Telecom & Media). Joseph has worked across a wide range of industries, including CPG, Banking & Capital Markets, Financial Services and Insurance, Healthcare, and Telecommunications & Media.

Joseph holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts (Lowell) and an MBA from Bentley University's McCallum School of Business.

Chris Bannister

Chris has a demonstrated history of spearheading enterprise-wide solutions that bridge the gap between complex IT strategies and business goals.

He is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience, managing intricate project management frameworks and delivering strategic IT solutions across diverse sectors, including consulting, non-profit management, and food production. Specializing in business system management, system administration, and technology optimization. Proficient in financial, manufacturing, and sales and marketing solutions, Chris’s experience highlights his ability to lead transformative initiatives, ensuring the alignment of IT solutions with overarching business goals.

Chris held various operational and executive roles including Global Operations Manager for an international non-profit Globalteer. Prior to that, he worked at Tyson Foods as a Lead Solution Architect and Project Manager in the Information Technology area supporting Sales and Marketing teams. He also has a background as a Director of Information Services where he spearheaded their ERP migration and technology modernization.

Aaron Dutka

Aaron is a dedicated Business Analyst Consultant based in Dallas, Texas with a proven background in banking, commercial real estate lending, and nonprofit sectors. Over the past six years, Aaron has helped over a dozen organizations land wins in organizational change and process improvement—from regional businesses to the Fortune 100.

With his comprehensive experience in business analysis and consultancy, Aaron excels in delivering quick wins and long-term value for clients via strategies and operational models that drive organizational change and process improvements. Aaron’s keen analytical skills, strategic thinking, and collaborative style have earned him the reputation as a trusted partner devoted to helping clients and peers exceed key business and performance goals.

Prior to joining Myriagon Consulting, Aaron has led projects to restructure bank lending risk assessments, performed risk analysis on corporate clients, and acted as the primary liaison in capital funding campaigns at a private equity firm. Additionally, he was a key player in implementing an online business channel for a premier training company and developed strategic roadmaps for several clients in various industries. In his most recent engagement, Aaron produced process and strategic analytics for a new line of business valued at 4B over the next 5 years.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Honors degree from Texas A&M University (concentration in finance), where he was recognized among an elite group of scholars at Mays Business School for outstanding academic and leadership excellence.
