Code of Conduct

Ethics and code of business conduct

  • Recognize the diversity of business owners and respect its variety of cultures, beliefs and values 
  • Perform advising as an expert service and delivered in a professional manner 
  • Act in the best interest of the business owner and attempt to encourage and motivate them, pointing out both opportunities and problems 
  • Comply with all applicable laws in performing services as a Business consultant and recommend/encourage only legal and ethical behavior
  • Only accept Consulting projects for which we are qualified by our experience and areas of competence, and to seek strategic partners, if the business owner goes beyond our expertise 
  • The business owner makes all final decisions related to their business endeavors
  • Maintain regular contact with business owner and provide feedback and updates regarding Consulting scenarios 
  • Immediately disclose any conflicts of interest that would influence our objectivity as it relates to any advice or guidance, we would provide
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all materials and business ideas that have been entrusted to us by the business owner that are non-public information
  • Never pass judgement or be judgmental of any actions, thoughts, views or positions
  • Promptly report any violations of this Code of Ethics
